The US agency responsible for regulating explosives in commerce (ATF), has given us an “exemption” for the regulations under 27 CFR, Part 555 (HERE).   This exemption allows for the legal use of our systems without the need for a Federal explosives license or permit.   The only requirement for customers and dealers to satisfy Federal requirements will be to register on Ezebreak.com (HERE).   Be sure to check with your State and local authorities for other requirements.

Information stored on our secure servers is password protected to allow Ezebreak and our Dealers to confirm registration records prior to a sale.   Information is held in the strictest of confidence and only released to ATF if there is a reasonable suspicion of illegal activity involving our products.   Shipments will not go out until registration has been successfully completed.
