MBIIX3-KIT™
The Micro-Blaster™ IIx3 is the largest, most powerful Micro-Blaster™ system that we offer. The kit consists of three Micro-Blaster™ II heads attached by 25-foot hose assemblies to a 3-way manifold system with a locking safety valve allowing the user to simultaneously fire one, two, or three heads at the same time. Like the Micro-Blaster™ II, the system is intrinsically safe and cannot be initiated until the user pressurizes the system. It also has the added feature of a safety lock on the manifold, which is only unlocked for use when the area has been cleared of people and the system is ready to initiate.
The Micro-Blaster™ IIx3 allows users to break much larger masses of rock or concrete than with just the single head models. Users will need to supply a source of compressed air or CO₂ (minimum 75 psi, 7-gallon portable air tank recommended) to initiate the system. Note that you will need to outfit your air source with a quick coupler (¼ inch Industrial Interchange) to connect the hose on the MBIIx3 Manifold to your air source. We offer an Air Tank Conversion Kit (MBIIX3-ATCK) in our accessories for those who already have air tanks that may not be fully compatible. For work in remote areas, where larger air sources aren’t practical, we offer a ½-gallon portable air tank that can be used in conjunction with a T-Handle bicycle pump for initiation of the system. See the Micro-Blaster™ Portable Air Tank (MBII-ARTK) in our accessories section for more information about this.
