MBII-KIT™
The Micro-Blaster™ II delivers significant improvements over the Micro-Blaster™ I. The main improvement of the Micro-Blaster™ II is the use of a pressurized air source to initiate the system, which allows the user much more flexibility and placement choice than the original Micro-Blaster™ I. The Micro-Blaster™ II is intrinsically safe as it cannot be initiated until it is remotely pressurized by the operator. The compact size of the system allows it to be used in virtually any location. Despite its small size, the system can break rock or masonry of almost any size with successive shots. The Micro-Blaster™ II is pneumatically triggered using an external air source positioned 25 feet from the object being broken. Various types of pressure sources can be used such as CO₂ cartridges and compressed air. Like the Micro-Blaster™ I, the Micro-Blaster™ II requires the drilling of a 5/16-inch diameter hole, less then 10 inches deep, and contains the tools needed to clean the drilled hole.
