Ezebreak LLC does not ask for personal information unless it is truly needed. Only the minimal amount of personal information is requested and it is stored only to the extent required for the operation of our business.  ATF registrations are stored exclusively by Ezebreak in a secure database for a period of five years.  ATF registrations determined to be deficient and therefore unusable may be deleted sooner.  Ezebreak Dealers have confidential credentials to perform a limited search on the database to verify a customer’s registration.  Information will only be released to ATF if there is a reasonable suspicion of illegal activity involving our products.

Non-personal Information

As for virtually all websites, information is logged by the programs used create, protect, and report usage of the website.  Most of that information is non-personal such as country, type of device used and the browser used.

Potentially Personal Information

IP (Internet Protocol) addresses are assigned by Internet Service Providers to define which signal is going to which receiver.  Computer/device IP addresses are logged by nearly every Internet process at virtually every connective step.  Tracing an IP addresses is problematic and likely unproductive as they are routinely rotated among many Internet Service Provider clients, users may knowingly or unknowingly trigger a reset; one device may have multiple users, and so on.  IP address are only Potentially personally linked.

Ezebreak LLC does not place third-party Ads on our website.  Thus there is no collection of data by third-party Ads.

Ezebreak LLC may at times provide links to outside content.  In which case the usual caveats apply: if you leave our site, you are subject to the privacy policy of the other site.
