Is it legal?

Yes.
Only with registration with Ezebreak, LLC will you be in compliance with the 2016 ATF regulations. Both dealers and customers are required fill out the form for a purchase of the Micro-Blaster™.

Note: Massachusetts requires additional permit (Oct. 10, 2007)
